I expect better speed, and better support for the games, the one's that are a little flaky under older releases. The IQ will prolly stay the same, but hey ATI has always had fabulous IQ, so there's nothing bad with that.
I will be grabbing the Omega Drivers anyway, I've found them to be excellent. I hope they are released soon after Cat's. 3.8 are out! :D

It's funny...back when I had my original Radeon, the driver updates were very infrequent (and of course, they sucked), whereas nvidia was cranking out drivers like every 2 weeks. Then I got my Ti200, and eventually nvidia stopped updating as frequently, and ati developed its catalyst program. Now, before the august update, I think nvidia's last update was back in november, whereas ati is doing it every month, and their drivers are awesome now.
I've been wondering about www.rage3d.com today too!
