Can't open "properties" for ISP
This is a discussion about Can't open "properties" for ISP in the Everything Windows category; I am running XP and go to control panel>Network and internet connections>network connections I am trying to change the settings for MSN (my ISP), but the change settings of this connection and the right click>properties simply does not respond acting like a dead link.

U have Admin rights or are u only a user? Without admin rights you canĀ“t open the properties i think

OP
I am the only user, so I assume I have admin rights. Also, I can open the properties for network settings in the LAN area, just not for the ISP in the connection manager. I will investigate the admin thing, though.
