Can't install NvMax LE anymore plz help!

When I doubleclick this little proggy, the only thing i'll see is a kind of invisible icon appearing near the clock & the setup will not execute.

I reinstalled Windows2k and can't install NvMaxLE anymore! When I doubleclick this little proggy, the only thing i'll see is a kind of invisible icon appearing near the clock & the setup will not execute. Isn't it weirdo? All win updates are installed, 4in1 4.38 & Detonator 23.11. Can someone explain what I did wrong?
Else, if nobody knows, I'm searching for a good program to overclock my gf3 (forget about RivaTuner & GTU).

As the source code is supposed to be released, it could be a good idea to fix this annoying problem. Anyway, everything is back to normal so thanks a lot for the links pal.
