Hail!

Just bought a Soyo KT3 Dragon Ultra Platinum, and it has a c-media 8738 onboard. It has a very nice sound, 5.1 support (6 channels). I am a Sound Blaster Live! Value owner, but I also have a subwoofer and 2 pairs of speakers.

The problem is that until now, I was using the subwoofer connected to the front speakers through a Y connector. I tried the c-media with 5.1 enabled and it has an excellent sound, but it could be better if it had a simple equalizer or even a bass/treble control.

Is there any way of enabling me to configure / control the bass/treble on the c-media ?

Thanks in advance.

Download and install the Audio Rack from the Soyo Page.

OP
Thanks for the tip. I already instaled the audio rack from the mobo installation cd, and it does not have a bass/treble control. It has an equalizer but it only works for the media played within the audio rack (the configuration is not system wide).

I am downloading the audio rack from the soyo web site right now. Does it have a system wide equalizer ?

Thanks again.
