Installed Audigy2 drivers from original CD, right click on "Creative Volume Control/Diagnostics" (near clock), there everything worked fine (all tests succesfull). Later I downloaded newer drivers from www.soundblaster.com site (eax443...), and after installing those official drivers from official site in order soundblaster.com said, when I go again to "Creative Volume Control/Diagnostics"; Hardware test says Failed !?
Apart from that soundcard works fine in all games (America's Army with Hardware mode + EAX sounds way too different (in good way) than integrated AC97 soundcard).
Is anyone who has Audigy2 experiencing this weird situation?

I suffered from those problems. It got far too annoying so I smashed the card with a claw hammer.
lol
you should not smash it - I could do it for you
I am staying away from all Creative Labs/Soundblaster products until the Audigy 3 cards.
As far as I know, Audigy 3 in goind to be released as PCI-Express card - beacuse A3 is going to need too much of bandwith, which PCI can not deliver (just a rumor I heard - does not have necesarily to be true).
no do not use other drivers ...
its simply your fault !!!
the 443 drivers is an driver UPDATE !!!!!
you need to install the 441 first
the REAL EAX4 driver
remember .... 1. its called driver update ...
2. its ~7 MB and the EAX4 driver is ~14MB so how should the 443 driver give all functionality with half the size ?
totally uninstall everything ....
let windows detect a default sound card ...
now install from CD
install EAX 4 driver (441)
then update to 443

I said this (how I installed the card):
1. put original CD in CD drive; installed drivers from it
2. right clicked on Creative Volume Control/Diagnostics, did tests (all tests were succesfull)
3. installed 443 version
4. tried to repeat tests, first test (hardware detect) failed
Apart from that card works excellent
Maybe I missed something in 1-4 procedure?
