ATI Catalyst Drivers for Notebooks?

I just bought a Hypersonic Aviator AX7.It has an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128mb. Is their anyway to install the official ATI drivers on it? (Current version 4.9).

ATI 9800 Pro AIW. have i killed it?
