You need to install the latest .NET Framework. That CLI.exe application error occurs when you don't have .NET Framework installed. There are a couple of ways you can get it ---

1. go to Windows Update and update your system.
2. go to http://www.autopatcher.com and download the latest Autopatcher XP file (it's a big one) and update your system manually.

As far as I know, the ONLY way to get that error is not having the .NET Framework files installed on your system. If anyone else knows of another reason this error might appear, speak up.

Later.

Thanks for that info , i installed .net framework from Microsoft and it did the trick. Can`t understand why its not on the win xp pro x64 CD or on auto update of your operating system. Thanks again. :D
