Keep the memory in sync with the FSB. The ram itself is rates at 433MHz, 7-3-3-2 CAS2 timings... I've run mine as high as 200MHz 5-2-2-2. I have 2 sticks of the same stuff as you. Most people have trouble getting past 185FSB stable on the 1.04 rev boards. I've seen people with the 2.0's run as high as 225FSB. BTW, usually a second stick hurts more than it helps.
