ASUS 7700 ROM Flash
This is a discussion about ASUS 7700 ROM Flash in the General Graphics Card Talk category; I got a GF2 GTS 32MB (ASUS 7700). I know that the ASUS Cards have their own BIOS, and wanted to know if I can use NV Bios Editor to edit the Bios ROM and Flash it afterwards without destroying my card ? A mirror for the newest Asus 7700 Bios would be nice.

I couldn't find any BIOS update for that card.

OP
Can I use one of the default roms from http://www.x-bios.3dgames.ru/ ?
Gah! what do those bios files do? I can't find anything about it.

OP
dont know, I already wrote some requests to asus...
I have some core clock problems..the frequency is not stable it variies between 300-150... every boot another rate... (nothing overclocked).
The system is running stable but sometimes games are running at 30-40 fps (q3 arena)..normally 120
this is a strange bug.have it since yesterday

Did you use those unofficial BIOS files? Maybe I should try them.

OP
I used for both official files .
Asus answered quickly yesterday,
and sent me a flash rom utility with latest rom files
if u wanna try some unoficial files go there:
http://www.x-bios.3dgames.ru/
you can also edit these rom files ;)
