What i mean is, do all cards give a similar quality of output, im not really bothered about overclocking abilities

Any comments on the Sparkle brand of cards are welcome too

i have been offered a sparkle card GF FX 5600 for just under £110, thats about 153 Euros, should i accept that offer or go elsewhere

Output signal quality can vary rather strongly depending on card vendor. So you can't say any GFX will offer same pciture quality. When I hear Sparkle it reminds me of "budget", means they are not a top level card manufacturer. So I don't know if it's the ultimate card for you, even though the price seems to be very nice.

too me i think that the card peformance and quality differs in all manufacturers or vendors.
8)

like to me MSI and ASUS are cheap and slow.

to me i like ABIT and LEADTEK cards because they dont follow nvidias cooling solutions but make there own that work more efficiently.

so u tell me this sparkle to me it suxz and if i were u i would buy the winfast/leadtek a310 ultra td.

i have already ordered it and i have done alot of research and to me this leadtek has the best cooling solution that i have seen

image quality ?!!...this is determined by the chipset and not the card make. So all boards based on the 5600fx should be able to deliver the same quality.
Performance/fps - the board design, interfacing with the chipset, the RAMDAC and the AGP subsytem may play a part for a drop in fps when compared to some better boards. But again the difference in fps is more often than not neglibible!
Sparkle has been in the industry for some time now and is well established.
Go for the card as long the price difference with a better make (MSI, Abit or ASUS) is considerable.

quality isnt just determined by chipset, but also the quality of components used all over the board. and the video out components.

nvidia has said that themselves. thats why theres such a difference in quality. the lower priced boards generally use lower quality components which equals less precition and lower quality image.
