ELLO GUYS. . . . opps sorry 4 d caps. anywayzz i just rma my ti4600from visiontek. after3 weeks (their estamated time 4 checking and returning back my video card)they said that it is broke and their out of stock right now,will email me a tracking # when they get d new shipment in.

my questions are
1 what should i do?
2 ist been 1 1/2 wks on top of the 3 weeks still havent heard from them n i know that they switch to ATI now so what shipment are they waiting 4?
should i demand 4 the 9800 pro as a replacement?
is that even possible n will they honore that?
(yeah right keep on dreamin)
also has anyone here been in this situation b4 and pls share yur expirience.

i also read that lawsuit against visiontek about releasing 100,000 bad ti4 series when it first came out. their being sued by nvidia causenvidia paid them todestroy those devices when nvidia found out about d defects n visiontek was about to hit bankrupt so they took the money but released the hardware anyways.
this is just what i read.. i think from ******* or something....pls help

First of all try to stay in contact with them. Be polite all the time and kindly ask for information. If someone can't help you or is getting rude ask for his superior.
1.) Allow up to 4 weeks for replacement
2.) Write them an email every week - store it or print it.
3.) If they don't reply, call them on the phone - keep your phone bill!
4.) After the 4 weeks, and no returned GF4, ask for an equivalent Radeon replacement.
5.) If you feel like ripped off and do not receive anything after 6 weeks consult a lawyer.
