if you look at their main site http://www.albatron.com.tw/ its one of their latest mainboards, also by the looks on the specs it seems to be a new one

hhhmm...... Is it??? Are you sure?
Guru3D is a respected website. They are well known. They know what they are talking about. Hilbert Hagedoorn, the writer of the article about the board, is the owner of Guru3D and is a dutch university IT-student (maybe he has finished his study by now?).
I personally think Guru3D is a bit commercial but hey, who can blame them for trying to earn some money.
This surely is one of the latest boards. It has an Intel Springdale 865P chipset!!!
You will have to decide for yourself if the board suits your needs. Think about the CPU voltages maxing out at 1.6 V which makes the board less suitable for more agressive OCing.
Overall the board looks and sounds very nice though.
I would use the board with a P4 C class CPU like they advise in the article. It is required to make use of the PEM feature which is one of the boards strongest features.
