2 questions mobo and ethernet?

Has anybody seen anything about the shuttle AN50R for Athlon 64(non-fx)? I've seen some pretty good benchmarks. It beats the more expensive chaintek and some others.

Also, what the heck is Dual ethernet for?

Here's a bonus? Why do some of the Athlon boards have a 800mhz FSB bus? I thought the Athlon chips were down around 200-250?

Dual ethernet is good for people with cable/adsl connections and also a local network between computers. (especially net sharing ect.) Though I personally prefer a dedicated firewall/net box for internet sharing.

shuttles would do good as a firewall with some freebsd on it.
